Privacy Notice
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This notice explains how Coastline Fulfillment("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit this website, request a callback, or begin scheduling a consultation.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, product or fulfillment details, and scheduling preferences. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request metadata, device or browser information, and approximate traffic information.
How we use information
- Respond to callback and consultation requests.
- Prepare for, schedule, and follow up on conversations.
- Protect forms from spam, bots, fraud, and abuse.
- Operate, secure, measure, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Submitting a lead form requires consent to process your information for that request. Consent to Google enhanced conversion measurement is separate and optional. Declining the optional choice does not prevent you from submitting a request.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate this website and handle requests. Depending on which features are configured and used, these providers may include:
- Vercel for website hosting, request processing, performance information, and privacy-oriented web analytics.
- Supabase for secure database storage of submitted requests.
- Slack to route submitted lead details to our team.
- Resend to deliver internal lead notifications and, when an email is provided, a request confirmation.
- Cal.com to display the scheduling calendar and prefill information you provide when you choose to schedule.
- Googlefor advertising conversion measurement. When you separately opt in, the contact details you submit are provided through Google's enhanced-conversion workflow and transformed for matching. Without that opt-in, we do not provide your form contact details for enhanced conversions.
Providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, our business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for future processing where consent applies. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions. You can also decline the optional enhanced-conversion checkbox on every form.
Children's privacy
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this notice as our practices or services change. The updated date above shows the current version.
